Nick Leon is a Teacher of the Visually Impaired and Program Manager for Sonja Biggs Educational Services Inc. Nick works remotely for SBES, Inc., based in San Jose, CA, and currently resides in Danville, IN. He graduated with his Master of Arts from Western Michigan University in 2015 and a specialized Teaching Credential from San Francisco State University in 2020. Nick has worked in Visual Impairments for well over a decade, holding various positions in organizations that serve populations ranging from infants to seniors. Nick has presented on a wide range of topics related to disability at both local and national conferences. In addition to serving as a board member for The Leon Institute, he serves on local and national boards for the Association for Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually Impaired.
